Over a thousand people turned out at Bath Racecourse on Saturday (23rd August) to join in with Bath’s first HOLI ONE colour and music festival.
After much anticipation, music lovers soaked up a packed day of colour, excitement and entertainment from a host of local and international DJs.
Stephan Dau, founder of HOLI ONE Colour Festivals, was amazed at the turnout.
He said: “We were overwhelmed with the number of people that attended the event. Bath Racecourse has provided the perfect venue for people to celebrate our final show and the colour of everyday life with their friends!
“It’s been a fantastic summer and we look forward to bringing HOLI ONE back to the UK next year.”
Against a backdrop of dance and DJ music, revellers at HOLI ONE throw powders into the air to create an explosion of colour and excitement aimed at celebrating togetherness and the colour of everyday life.
Last year, HOLI ONE Colour festivals were attended by 100,000 people worldwide and took place across cities and countries that included London, South Africa and Berlin.
This year, the HOLI ONE UK tour has taken place in Southampton, Newcastle, Sheffield, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Brighton, Plymouth, London, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Dublin, Belfast, Bath and Glasgow.
